The Letter of Employment Service assists employers with the hiring process with ready-made, easy to implement, quality and compliant information and documents.

Business Embassy will complete on behalf of the customer, a Letter of Employment, Welcome Letter and other new employee documents. The Letter of Employment provided will be a Business Embassy standard format with your customised information including your Company logo, new employee information, confirmed rates of pay, and standard Award terms and Conditions.

This may include calculations for applicable rates of pay, allowances, rosters and so on.

About our Letter of Employment Service

The Letter of Employment Service assists employers with the hiring process with ready-made, easy to implement, quality and compliant information and documents.

Who should buy this Letter of Employment Service?

Small to medium sized Australian business owners who are covered by the Fair Work Act.

The Letter of Employment Service is suitable for employees who are Award covered, and work in general industries such as, Trades, Hospitality, Retail, Clerical, and Manufacturing. The employee may be required to work standard 38 hours per week, a standard weekly Roster, Shift work, and/or allowances applied.

For more complex flat or annualised rates of pay, alternating rosters and employment terms such as mining, construction, on site industrial agreements, contract requirements, and complex rosters such as Fly In Fly Out (FIFO) – Letter of Employment Premium Service will be more suitable.

Contact with Customers

The Letter of Employment Service requires two-way communications with our customer and Business Embassy representative to obtain critical information including:

  • Company logo
  • Employee details Name, Address,
  • Role details Award, Job title, location, job classification
  • Terms and conditions for employment start date, salary, hours of work, breaks, allowances

What’s in the Letter of Employment Service?

One Letter of Employment completed by Business Embassy on behalf of the customer. The document provided will be a Business Embassy standard format with customised information including Customer Business logo, new employee information, confirmed rates of pay, and standard Award terms and Conditions. The Letter of Employment Service is available for either:

  • Fulltime/Part time or
  • Casual or Fixed term
  • Apprentice or

A Welcome to the Company cover letter:

  • Standard template with completed fields
  • Customer logo
  • Employee name and address
  • Managers signature

Compliance documents:

  • Fair Work Statement
  • ATO Declaration
  • Superannuation Choice Form
